| BODY: Clean rust free body.
Original Hugger orange truck. The cab forward has much of the original paint still with some touchups.
The bed was repainted a couple of years ago when the owner had the wood redone. All
new ash, stainless strips and bolts were installed. Metal bed had no rust or damage before being
stripped and repainted.
Floor pans and frame are excellent. |
ENGINE: 350 Chevy crate motor from Fitzpatrick Chevrolet was installed in 2004. Approx 4,000 miles on engine. 4 bbl carb. Radiator, belts, hoses, tune-up, etc. are all recent. Ice cold A/C. Runs and sounds excellent. |
TRANSMISSION: Turbo 350 automatic transmission. Rebuilt approx 20k miles ago. Shifts great. |
EXHAUST: Custom dual exhaust. Sounds great. |
| FRONT SUSPENSION: Stock front suspension. Recent shocks. Power steering. |
| REAR SUSPENSION: Stock rear suspension. Recent shocks. Still has original
paper tags on the coils. |
| BRAKES: Power brakes. Disc in the front and drums in the rear. Brakes work great. |
| INTERIOR: Interior appears to be mostly original and in excellent shape.
Original dash pad has no cracks and comes with a Dashmat cover. All factory gauges work.
AM/FM/8 track player mounted in stock dash
opening. Original AM radio included. Speakers have a crackling sound. Original carpet
in great shape. Lighter and ashtray never used. Beautiful interior. |

| SUMMARY: This truck has lived within a 10 mile radius since new. Always an East bay truck, never out of California. The current 70 year old owner has had the truck since 1981, he is the third owner. He has fanatically maintained the truck as did previous owners according to the 1" thick stack of receipts back to the 1970's that come with the truck. He has kept the truck garaged since he bought it. Original documents include the build sheet, protecto-plate, owners manual, and option info inside the glove box. This truck runs and drives excellent. Even the A/C blows cold. 106k original miles. Original blue license plates. Original Cheyenne model. Appears to have the original spare tire.
