Clock and radio do not work as they need a 6 volt stepdown installed. Beautiful steering wheel.

| SUMMARY:
This 1954 Mercury Monterey Woodie is one of approx. 300 early 1954 Mercs that had real maple wood trim.
This car is owned by a friend of mine
that just doesn't use it enough. He bought the car already done. It has been upgraded to
a 12 volt electrical system with an alternator. The wiring harness has been upgraded
to a modern system as well utilizing modern fuses.
A previous owner thought it would be neat to restore the undercarriage in the colors used
in the ball joint suspension ad (see pic of ad below).
He has multiple cars and is downsizing his collection.
He just took it to Santa Cruz for the Woodies on the Wharf car show without a problem.
It cruises down the highway just fine and can keep up with the traffic as needed.
The car does run and drive great and gets more attention than you can imagine. Not perfect
but showable immediately.
