| SUMMARY: This is a great 1 family owned car
that has lived its whole life in Northern California. The original owner
bought this car new at the Cadillac dealership in Sacramento in 1970.
At that time he sold his perfect condition 1964 Cadillac to his
nephew instead of trading it in. Fast forward to 2007 when the
uncle passes away and leaves this survivor condition Cadillac to
the very same nephew, now 71 years old. Unfortunately, the nephew
has no proper storage for a vehicle of this caliber and has
decided he would rather sell it than see it deteriorate at all. The uncle was more than just a Cadillac fan he was also a long time, well known Cadillac parts counter man at Hockett Cadillac in Grass Valley, Ca. This vehicle has been meticlously maintained and garaged since new. The owner even went so far as to wax the inner fender wells, radiator support, valve covers, and air cleaner assembly everytime he waxed the car as witnessed by the photos. The current owner remembers the uncle using a wisk broom on the floors everytime he got out of the car. That wisk broom was laying on the rear floor mat when the car was brought to me and will be kept by the nephew. The nephew had the car inspected on 9/6/07 and had the following work done: Replaced front and rear shocks, Coolant flush, repack front wheel bearings, complete A/C service and 4 new tires. This a true collector quality survivor vehicle. If you have any questions please call me at 925-899-2648. Please remember I am on Pacific Standard Time. |
